Functional Strength Workout (FSW)

This workout is a full body core routine
that will take about 40-45 minutes to complete when you are learning it but will take 30 or so when you get it down. Watch the videos for the technical parts. Follow the directions carefully. If you don't have a kettle bell, use a dumb bell, medicine ball, or other weight. Start very lite (4 lbs.) while learning and then go heavier.   This will be a staple for us during the summer and fall.
